Reading Water Festival

If you are at a loose end on Saturday the 21st June why not pop along to the Water Festival being held along the banks of the Kennet?

There will be lots of stands, and displays of various types of dancing in the Abbey Ruins including a couple of dances from Tango Nirvana!

Report from the event
The event went very well and was a very enjoyable day despite the overcast weather!

We performed several tangos and then invited members of the audience up onto the stage for a Workshop which went well and generated considerable interest.

There were lots of other performers there as well as loads of stands with things to buy etc. We would recommend the event to everyone as it was a very pleasant way to spend a Saturday afternoon!
