Ladies Embellishment Workshop with Tracey - July 12th

Tracey held a rather last minute Workshop for the Ladies on July 12th at the Reading Canoe Club.

Starting with exercises to enhance the use of feet and ankles, she focused on embellishments and techniques for the ladies that could be performed when appropriate, without interfering with the leaders movement.

The Workshop was well attended and many of the ladies afterwards commented how much they had enjoyed it.

Another Workshop is being scheduled for the Ladies in January - watch out for dates!
