Tuesday's at Pulse 8 - Beginners course...

7.15 - 8.15pm with half an hour practice afterwards.

This class will be running until the end of the year and costs £8 per person. If you fancy having a go, just turn up, it's never too late to start.

This is a lovely venue set in the grounds of the award winning Nirvana Spa Health Complex. Our classes are set in the bar area of Pulse 8 which is on the left as you drive through the gates. You do not have to be a member of the club to come to these classes.
